SEA BUCKTHORN TEA
Sea buckthorn is a great source of vitamins. It has twice more vitamin C than citrus, and twice more vitamin E than wheat oil. There are also other vitamins including antioxidants, polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are responsible for a healthy and youthful appearance of the skin.
Sea buckthorn tea with honey is the best anti-depressant. This was proved by scientists, and many drinkers of the Sea buckthorn tea can agree. Sea buckthorn also has a strong anti-inflammatory effect. And it is very, very tasty!
SEA BUCKTHORN TEA INGREDIENTS:
150 g of sea buckthorn,
2 tbsp. of black tea,
2 tbsp. of honey,
500 ml of water.
PREPARATION OF THE SEA BUCKTHORN TEA:
- Wash thoroughly buckthorn berries;
- mash 2/3 of berries with a spoon;
- put mashed berries and remaining 1/3 of them along with black tea into a kettle;
- pour all the ingredients with boiling water:
- wrap the kettle to retain the heat there;
- brew the tea for 10-15 minutes;
- as soon as it’s ready, pour the tea using a strainer;
- add honey and enjoy!
You can prepare this drink without the addition of black tea.
